In reference to the Clubs Constitution (2004) Part V – General Meetings, Clause 18, Notice is hereby given via this website and the Letter of Invitation attached below, that you are cordially invited to attend the 64rd Annual General Meeting ‘AGM” of the Soldiers Beach Surf Life Saving Club Inc.

CALL FOR NOMINATIONS
As per clause 29.1 of the constitution, Nominations for executive candidates on the committee are now being called for prior to the Annual General Meeting.
All Apologies & Nominations in writing are due by 24th July 2022.
Forms to be completed: A List of Officers to be elected, Nomination and Proxy Forms can be downloaded from the attachment section below.
All members are reminded that you must be a financial member for the 2021/22 season to be eligible to vote at the Annual General Meeting.
All members will be entitled to a copy of the Annual Report containing information for the year ended 30/04/2022 when made available and released by the auditors soon.
