All formal complaints are handled by the Club Complaints Manager, who will treat your matter in confidence and determine the most appropriate course of action.
Please fill out the Soldiers Beach_COMPLAINT FORM and email to: complaints@soldiersbeachsurfclub.com.au or simply email the individual nature of your complaint.
